Heat and humidity was brutal today, but I still got a decent workout today. Decided to take it easy a little bit.
56 WOB
few throws at 12' got 2 out of 3 the one I missed I had the height just to in front of it.
Then got a PR of 12'6"
Missed 13' 2 times hit the bar on both.
Wide stance squats raw
140 x 5
230 x 3
280 x 3
320 x 3 had to stop felt a twinge in lower ab area, I always seem to have this happen on wide stance squats as I lean too much. These were so nice and easy and since I was really trying to deload not such a bad thing.
Tire flip/keg carry medley
1st 500# tire 5 flips 150 keg 50'
2nd 500 # tire 5 flips 220 keg 50'
DJ and Bryan did a 3rd set, I told them to F off I wasn't ready to die at this point.
Fallouts supersetted with sledgehammer swings
10 and 10 x 3 sets
Overall it was a great day, I think I am on my way to getting 13' on the WOB.
