Decent workout today. I knew going into this workout that I had a few pulled muscles, but I pushed through it and stopped when I knew my body had enough.
Front squats
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 1
Back squats
225 x 5
275 x 5
Squats felt great, no knee pain. Will be bumping these up over the next few weeks. Also I will be squatting twice a week, or as much as my body will allow it.
15" deads
245 x 3
335 x 3
425 x 1
515 x 1
565 x 1
615 x miss felt a twinge, decided better to abort
Speed pulls
355 x 3 x 5 sets
Bent over rows
5 x 8
Pike up ab crunches with 16# sledge swings
2 x 10 each
That was it, things are feeling great.
