Lower body workout.

Decided to take it a little bit easy today, my legs were a little worn out from yesterdays sled fest.

KB Cleans
70 x 5 x 2 sets
96 x 5 x 1 set

KB snatches
70 x 5 x 2 sets
96 x 5 x 1 sets

Box squats
230 x 2 x 4 sets
280 x 2 x 4 sets

Abs
6 sets

This workout was just perfect for today, still got some work in and didn't beat myself up.
