Upperbody

This workout started out like crap but ended on a high note. Corey was finally able to make it over, plus Bryan came by, and I had Gabby working out.

I thought I cut these short but after watching the vid, I definately was coming down more than far enough.

Cheat Curl

155 x 1
175 x 1
190 x 1 PR

Pinch Grip
2-25's passed around my back 5 times for 3 sets.

Overall it was a good workout and it was nice to catch up with Corey. I gotta start throwing again if I plan on doing a highland games in a few months.
