Crappy lower body workout

I felt terrible today, I just did my prescribed reps and called it a day.

Close stance squats
235 x 5
270 x 5
305 x 5

DB slds
3 x 10

Calf raises
4 x 10

Fallouts
3 x 10

Somedays you just gotta do what you can, and today was one of those days. My body sounded like an orchestra from all the popping and cracking noises it was making.
