245 x 8, I was gonna do 3 - 4 sets of this but Chuck wanted to do stones.

Wow, shouldn't have done this. My biceps were killing me after this. I did stones on sunday and shouldn't have done them today. Live and learn.
Blast strap rows

I was shot at this point, wanted to do core work, but I needed to call it a night.
Overall I got a nice PR on power snatch and the frame so it was worth some of the pain.
