Deadlift and upperback workout.

I felt quite sluggish today, but the workout turned out really good.

Deadlift from floor.
135 x 5 x 2
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
480 x 9 Rep PR, all hook gripped.

Was going to try some frame carry, but my back wouldn't stop feeling pumped.
