Good day today, if I can take two things away from my vacation time is that I have had some great workouts and I got to spend some quality time with my wife and daughter.

Wow hadn't done these in forever, forgot how good they are.

Purple band extensions
5 x 20

Wrist curls supersetted with Trainer COC closes
3 x 10

Great workout, I am sore and tired. Been sleeping alot this week, I think it helping with my recovery alot.
